The mail.gov.mu domain name is used by the Government of Mauritius for its email service. The domain name is also used by the Mauritian National Computer Security Incident Response Team (CERT-MU) and the National Computer Board.
I received email bounces when I attempted to send emails to @mail.gov.mu, @cert-mu.gov.mu and @goc.gov.mu. It was strange that email could not be delivered as I received an email from mict.gov.mu several hours before the email delivery problem occurred.
